During production, we conduct continuous inline inspections for appearance, size, tolerance, leak performance and surface treatment effects. For injection molding, bottle blowing, tube extrusion, assembly, printing, hot stamping and surface coating processes, our QC team performs regular sampling and full-stage monitoring to effectively control defects, scratches, deformation, leakage and printing errors.
After production is completed, all finished products go through final quality testing, including pressure resistance testing, sealing testing, appearance inspection and dimension verification. Only products that fully meet industry standards and customer requirements can enter the packaging and delivery process.
In addition to standardized inspection procedures, we maintain complete quality records, traceability systems and regular staff training to continuously improve product stability and consistency.
